Designed by knitters, for knitters, Thread and Maple's needle binder offers a luxurious and chic option for your needle storage needs.

Perfectly handmade from soft genuine leather, the binder shell is the starting point for your personal selection of 'pages', each beautifully crafted to fit different needle types, from fixed circulars, to DPNs or interchangeable needle sets. The gorgeous leather pages can be added or removed by unclasping the snaps of the leather rings at the back of the binder. All of your needles stay neatly together in this bespoke case without having to worry about how you will transport them as every page transforms into a compact standalone case to take on the go.

The binder comes in 2 sizes: regular to fit up to 4 pages and jumbo up to 7. The binder shell itself also offers plenty of storage with many pockets for your fixed circulars, DPNs, crochet hooks or special needles, all of which can be labelled using our coordinating leather needle size markers available as optional add-ons. At the back of the binder, you fill find a large zip compartment for all of your notions, cords and other accessories. Inside, there are two large inner panel pockets to keep your patterns or even additional needle storage. The flap features a strong magnet for a secure, fast and satisfying closure.

They are makers themselves who take pride in dying their own yarn, designing their own products and taking their own pictures. They seek to incorporate lots of elements of nature into as many of their products as possible.  You will often see natural materials such as maple wood, cork, leather and cotton throughout their collections. They are passionate about giving back to causes that are close to their hearts.
