Shipping policy

Order processing times: After an order is placed, we attempt to ship it out same day if received by 1pm PST (aside from holidays or Sunday). Free Shipping orders will go out USPS Ground Advantage to arrive in 1-6 days.


Domestic and international shipping: This depends wildly on the country you reside in, but we generally ship DHL internationally. This makes you liable for import fees/tariffs, and also any extraneous processing fees. We also occasionally ship with FedEx to certain countries. For international shipments not going to Australia, UK, Canada, Mexico, it will most likely be best to reach out first & check if you have any concerns.

Local Delivery: We do not offer local delivery. We do offer local pickup however!

Returns, changes, and cancellations: Please see our refund policy. For Changes/Cancellations, please let us know as soon as possible as otherwise your order may turn into a return/refund instead of a simple change or cancellation.


Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We attempt to reach out whenever possible about this, but you can always call the store with your order number for a prompt explanation of the status on your order. Weather happens, as well as lost packages. If you do not see progress on your tracking for a week, please reach out and let us know.
