Excellent Ballwinder

I love this ball winder! It is practically silent, makes both small and large balls perfectly balanced without being too loose or too tight, and my favorite feature of all - it works well on floors, other flat surfaces or clamped to a table. I know it seems like a small detail, but having a wall winder that you can easily use without it having to be clamped can sometimes make a big difference in quality of life when knitting on the go. For example, during COVID-19 my knitting group was only able to meet in small groups and outdoors only during times of heavy restrictions and I was able to bring this ball winder with me and use it perfectly on the sidewalk in a park without the need to be dependent on access to a table.
