Return Authorization Request

Please use this form to create a request to return a product. We allow returns for 30 days from the date the product was delivered. Please note that if the online authorization form does not allow you to request a return we may still be able to work out a return or exchange for your item. Please call us at (509) 536-7746 so that we can help you. If your request is within our returns requirements you should receive an authorization email within 48 hours. We will contact you via email if your request does not qualify for authorization or if we need additional information. If you submit your request and do not hear from us within 48 hours please check your spam folders for an email and then contact us if you did not find the email.
