This yarn has a high twist and won't split while you knit as many cotton yarns do. Nifty Cotton is a heavy enough weight to make cozy cotton blankets and sweaters, while still being an excellent choice for market bags and backpacks. About Cascade:
Bob Dunbadin founded the Cascade Yarns in the late 1980's. From their humble Pioneer Square beginnings in Seattle, Washington, they have moved and expanded, but have never lost their commitment to affordable, high-quality yarns.
