United StatesFinally the days of having to change bobbins in the midst of plying are gone! Yesterday I easily plied a half-pound of two single strands of Gotland wool onto this very large bobbin without any problems whatsoever. I was pleased to find that it is so well-engineered, there is little to no change in treadling or uptake no matter how full this bobbin got. It's actually the first time I've ever used Irish tension, and it worked beautifully for smooth, consistent plying.
