I wrote a review a few days ago but wanted to add a picture. It is warped with 4 ply cotton for some little hand towels. I love this little loom.
I own a 16, and 32 inch Kromski Harp and was a little hesitant before ordering the Presto. I am so glad I ordered it. It is little and great for small on the go projects. I have it warped for some cotton hand towels at the moment.
Have not yet used the loom but looking forward to learning how to weave.
Like all Kromski weaving and spinning products, this little loom is ingeniously designed and extremely well made. The 16" version is wide enough to weave panels that you can make handwoven garments from. The metal ratchet and pawl are essential, in my opinion, to allow a good tight tension on the rigid heddle loom for optimal weaving. I highly recommend!
I have a 24” harp but wanted something small for tests and scarves. I got the 10” presto and love it. It is high quality and easy to use and handle. This is a great size to learn on for adults and kids. That said, 10’” is quite narrow although you can do double heddles for up to a 20” piece You can’t go wrong with this loom...hardest part was deciding between 10 and 16.
