Knit a pouch to keep a Joey warm. As Australia burns, an estimated 800 million animals are being affected by the fires ravaging their home. ARCCG (Animal Rescue Collective Craft Guild) has provided free patterns for Joey / Marsupial Pouches, which are currently the most requested donation by Australian Wildlife Rescues. Simply knit or crochet two rectangles in natural fibers and stitch them together for a quick and easy design to help keep an orphaned and injured joey warm and cozy.
