Soft blend of superwash merino wool and acrylic. What makes this yarn different from the many other wool/acrylic blends is that this yarn uses superwash merino. Merino is one of the softest wools out there making this blend extra special. Available in these fun new multi colors and the original solids and heathers. Pacific is machine washable and dryable means easy care! Great for kids projects or for those who don't want to hand wash. Fiber Content- 40% Superwash Merino/60% Acrylic Yardage- 213 yards per 100 gram ball Gauge- 4.5-5 stitches per inch on US 7-8

Love this yarn! Originally made a baby blanket in the solids, purchased at a local yarn shop (more cost effective to order from Paradise Fibers I later discovered) and loved it so much I ordered the Duo Tone for a sweater for my daughter. Unfortunately they did not have enough of one dye lot for my order, however they were kind enough to call me and give me the option of changing the color or waiting till they had enough to ship. I eventually decided to change the color and got the Caribbean and my daughter Loves the color and feel of this yarn. It is so soft and warm due to the superwash wool and yet washable and not the slightest bit itchy with the acrylic (my daughter has sensitive skin and it doesnt bother her one bit)! I will be ordering more!

I made a lace shawl out of this yarn (Color: Hydrangea) for a friend. It is incredibly soft and has wonderful stitch definition. Additionally, the colorway was muted enough that it didn't distract from the lace pattern but instead added a little bit of interest. I can see this for all sorts of great project now! I definitely plan on buying more of this yarn in the future.

Not usually a fan of acrylic yarns, I was immediately drawn in by the colors. . .and I can actually say that this acrylic blend is something special. Gorgeous. Soft. Wears well. Machine washable. A very versatile and lovely yarn.
