Uluru is an enticing combination of soft fuzz and sparkle. The subtle colorways make it a very versatile yarn and it is great to use for everything from a tank top to a cozy shawl. The second I got my hands on this yarn I knew I had to have a shawl out of it and so I cast on the Purless Shawl pattern by Rosemary (Romi) Hill. I am loving how this yarn works up and know that I will get lots of use out of this interesting yet simple shawl. Each ball of Uluru has 410 yards in 100 grams. The fiber content is 55% cotton, 26% Acrylic and 19% Polyester. The example gauge is 4.5-6 sts per inch on a size 3 to 8 US needle.
