I got this wool to try it out. I dye all my products with natural dyes and this wool’s natural yellow colour didn’t work well. I also used it for felting projects. In Nuno felting the result was a delicate silk scarf with abrasive felt. In needle felting, the final product seemed rough and I couldn’t get it to look smooth. In wet felting for a pair of slippers I found the shrinkage was more substantial than I expected. In felted soaps, I could not get the ‘stone’ look I was after which merino gives with similar effort. Used some to make dryer balls. In all, not a favourite.
