As mutable as an evening sky, the sunset shades of pink, violet, orange and gray in colorway #1011 create shifting degrees of contrast throughout entrelac-knit stockinette diamonds. The bad is worked in a single long rectangle that's folded and seamed at the sides, leaving a top flap. The shoulder strap is worked in the round for double thickness. Finally, the assembled bad is felted, giving the delicate roving fabric a robust finish.
-Width 16"/40.5cm x 10.5"/26.5cm
-Depth Approx 11"/28cm (without strap and flap folded to front)
1. If the pencil roving breaks, overlap the ends together for about 2"/5cm so no ends will need to be woven in. Do not split splice this will prevent those joins from felting into the bag.
2. Do to the irregularity in the thickness of the pencil roving some distortion may occur in the final felted bag.
3. When picking up sts, work into the slipped selvage stitches.
