What treasures await you at the end of this rainbow? For the Love of Rainbows is a wonderfully whimsical pattern from Mina Philipp, of Knitting Expat Designs. A fun, easy knit for that crazy colorful, variegated, and/or gradient skein you have stashed away. Mini-skeins or colorful scraps can be used for the stripes as well. Pair with a coordinating or neutral solid yarn and get creative with your construction. You will need 200g of Fingering Weight yarn, 100g each Color A/B, and needles size US 6 and US 8. 

Changing stripes and eyelet sections keep this project interesting, as you are constantly changing what you are doing. You will not get bored with this uniquely colorful shawl.

Cascade Yarns® Heritage / MadelineTosh Merino Light / Araucania Huasco / Malabrigo Mechita Speckled / Malabrigo Sock 

Fingering (14 wpi) ? 

 

18 stitches = 4 inches in Garter stitch (gauge measured after Blocking)

One Size - 260cm (102 inches) on the longest edge / 38cm (15 inches) at the deepest point
