United StatesI love my drive bands! I had both an Ashford hand crank drum carder and an old Patrick Green Super Card that needed bands, but the Ashford bands were missing altogether and the PG bands were stretched out. I called and explained my situation, I think it was Steve? that I spoke to, he explained how to measure and got them out right away. I've had them on for a few weeks now and they work great! No problems! Paradise Fibers employees are the best! Customer Service, so difficult to find these days, is alive and thriving here! Thank you so much!!! Deb Hobbs
