Fiber, yarn and textiles dyed with the Ashford dyes can be worn against the skin without risk. Ashford is in close co-operation with all their suppliers of dyes to ensure they are safe to use and wear. The dyes comply with the strict EU regulations and the manufacturers confirm that cloth dyed with the Ashford dyes can be certified under the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. So easy and safe

This was my first time outside of a class and I was afraid I would dye something besides the yarn. As you can see, not only is the color, overdyed onto "winter blue" bright, but the newspaper and rocks have no color at all. I followed the instruction from the dye kit, not the solo bottle. I am very happy with the result.
