It took a while to receive the fiber, but overall excellent customer service, apparently there was a problem with a dye lot, and within minutes of putting my order in I received a phone call about the issue and it was resolved, the product is gorgeous and very soft
Very pleased with yarn. Have not used so far. It's 3rd project in line since I am still designing pattern. Using with the sari silk threads I purchased at same time
I ordered the multi, expecting it to be bright like what was shown, but what I received was darker and a bit muddy in color. I should have noted on the order that I wanted the brightest colors available. I'll be able to use this fiber, but not in the way I planned. Also be aware that this is short staple fiber.
