Schacht 15 inch Cricket Rigid Heddle Loom

The 15" Cricket was an excellent choice for my first loom. It really is easy to warp, but I found a video on Utube that was very good. The instruction book is good, but not as clear as it could be. Everything you need to start weaving is included. I was surprised how quickly I made my first scarf. This is a high quality, reasonably priced loom and I'm so glad I have mine.

I just bought the 15" Cricket and love it. I have done some weaving and own the 25" Flip. I put them both together without any problem. I did watch a Youtube on how to put one together but I found the directions would have been enough. I am looking forward to getting the scarf finished so I can try someting else. Great product and most of all MADE IN THE USA.

It was easy to put together, u-tube intrucitons helped me figure out how to use it. I was weaivng in less than hour. Given my lack of knowledge I did wind it backwards a couple of times. I am impressed at what it can do.

I have both the 10" and 15" Cricket looms and they are absolutely perfect. Easy to use and easy to transport. I take mine camping and to workshops. Great for beginners and advanced rigid heddle weavers!

I am a new weaver and recently took a ridgid heddle class. We were working on the Cricket loom and I took it home with me. It is easy to use and has a lot of possibilities. A great buy.

I recently purchased a Cricket and have been in love ever since! I did happen to warp it backwards the first time, so make sure your loom is facing the right way.... I made a scarf in no time and now I am weaving a sampler to learn new techniques! What a great product! and made in the USA :)

I loved working on my Cricket from begining to end painless warping ,and very easy to use. I am also working on a Beka and I am very frustrated. I wish that they made the crickets in more sizes.Iam seriously looking into replacing my Beka with another Schacht rigid heddle in a larger size. I want my weaving to be enjoyable not a fight lol.
