Recently purchased one of these from Paradise Fibers after doing alot of research on various brands. The wheel was pricey but worth every penny. This is the smoothest wheel I have ever used. The balance is perfect and it almost spins itself... I can see this wheel will last me the next 20 years.........

This is a wonderful wheel, and spins like a dream. However, it was my first purchase and I think you'll be better off if you already spin on a wheel. You'll appreciate all the nuances of this wheel with experience. . The wheel has lots of possibilities and you can adjust the tension endlessly. You also have scotch tension or double drive, offering even more choices. You will never out grow this wheel, instead you'll be handing it down to the next generation! The craftmanship is beautiful too. A wise choice and well worth the $. Customer service at Schacht is awesome too!
