This machine is great and it counts your stitches how cool is that if you are looking to get a knitting machine with good quality with no hassle then buy the express knitting machine you will never regret it and makes the best scarf tubes and very easy to crank

So far I have only made tube scarfs and hand warmers but I can't wait to try something else. Easy to use and replacing a broke needle is quick and fast. I find that I drop stitches when I cank too fast so turn at an even steady pace.

The addi express knitting machine is great, once I get the first rows on I can crank out a scarf in less than a half hour.
Even with heavy yarn. I love the single needle concept rather than a two part needle. It just does not skip stitches. I am going to try socks next with a heel not just tube. If you are undecided I would recommend this machine over other similiar sized machines.

Got my package yesterday and have been using it ever since!! Fast, prompt service too, and thankfully, no sheep stampedes to slow things down!!!

Handles lace weight or med. worsted w/no problems. Mine hasn't dropped any stitches yet, as opposed to it's larger sibling- Addi Maxi. Cranks like a charm- smooth & quiet. I've been making tubes for scarves, hand warmers & heavy socks. It has a nice digital row counter.

Have done some flat panels on it, & had no problems. The edges on the pieces were quite nice.

The DVD that came with it was not particularly informative.

This is the only non-toy circular knitting machine in its size & price range that I know of. I find it's durability & reliability make it worth the cost.
