Paradise Fibers White Vanilla Baby Alpaca Top. Don't be fooled by the price, this is very high quality alpaca top. Compare to Louet Almost White Alpaca. This fiber if great for dyeing and is an off white color. The actual Micron Count is 25 and it's very soft and nice to work with. We buy in bulk and pass the savings to you! This Alpaca is true "top" which means all the smaller short hairs have been removed by carding which will result in a more uniform halo and more even yarn. Blend this Baby Alpaca Top with some merino or your favorite spinning fiber for a unique and fun Alpaca yarn blend or custom roving!

I love this stuff! So far, it is the softest alpaca I have tried. I like to buy local fibre and this alpaca is very reasonably priced. It is not as hard to spin as I was expecting, although drafting it was a little tricky to draft.

This roving was a great value, and dyes up nicely. I'm a little disappointed by having compared it with other commercially-prepared "Cria" alpaca roving and finding it a little more coarse, but would not hesitate to purchase it again.
