Since I could not get the Soft Touch in these sizes (the handles are too small to fit the diameter of the larger hooks), I decided to get these and the smaller sizes. The smaller sizes are pretty much unused, but I do use these when I need the larger sized hooks. The plastic is smooth, and I find this set of larger hooks a better value than the smaller set. But I couldn't just own one set and not the other.
