Glimakra REEDS for Susanna Rigid Heddle Loom

When you use different thickness of yarns you'll need the appropriate reed or heddle as it's called sometimes. For thicker yarns like DK weight you'll want to use an 8 DPI or for finer yarns like lace weight you would use the 12 DPI reed. Also, if you want to use 2 of the same reeds at a time you can purchase an optional 2nd Heddle Kit. When using a 2nd Heddle kit you will however have to use 2 of the same reed. The loom comes with a 10 DPI reed that fits approximately SPORT weight yarn thickness.
