Scrumptious is heavenly soft and knits up beautifully into any pattern calling for lace yarn. Ysolda Teague has designed some lovely patterns using Scrumptious Lace in her book, Saturday Treats. 45% Silk / 55% Merino Blend, 2 Ply construction. 1,094 yds per 100 gm skein. Hand Wash only.

I purchased this in Cherry along with the sport weight superwash in the same color. The colors on these yarns are so supersaturated, yet still manage to be very soft and very easy to work with. The glossiness of the yarn adds a bit of depth when making items. One of the nicest lace weight yarns on the market.
