Artfelt Barbed Needles 10 Pack - These are not regular felting needles

I wish the last review had been posted before I had purchased these. They are definitely coarse but there was no way to know this from the description. I use medium and fine needle felting needles for my projects so these are too coarse. I taught a needle felting session for the Girl Scouts (7th graders) last year and yes, several needles broke. I wish I had had these at that time. If I had more teaching opportunities, I would consider keeping them.

I think most of the descriptions for products on this site are lacking, to say the least. Take for instance this product. These are not regular felting needles. And........???? What are they then? Nothing more on the description but since I was ordering a few other things I decided to take a chance since the price was so good. My advise to Paradise is to beef up all your descriptions. These needles are amazing to start any needle felting project. Very coarse and very strong, they give you a good start to any needle felting art project with very little effort. The title and description do not give this product justice. I will be stocking up!

These needles seem to do a fine job and quickly at that! They are less expensive than most felting needles, so a real bargain too.Shipping is always done quickly so that's a real plus and communication with Paradise is a pleasure!!!

The needles felt well and seem to be very sturdy. They don't leave large holes in my more detailed work and felt the fiber quickly. They are also less expensive than other felting needles of similar qualtiy that I have tried

yes, I saw that they aren't the regular one...not sure I realized that, but I will check them out.

When used in needle felting ornaments it is sturdy and does not breek easily.
