Returns & Exchanges

 

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 

An RMA  is a number that we will give to you which will allow us to expedite your return or exchange.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be offered an RMA.

Please do not send your items back without an RMA.

How do you return/exchange an item?

What can be returned without a restocking fee?

  • Any item that is in unopened/mint condition that is not in the Non-Returnable list below.

What is Non-Returnable?

  • Books
  • Patterns
  • Dvds
  • Cds
  • Opened/used Knitting Needles

What happens if the item has been opened/used?

  • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

How will you receive your refund?

  • We usually process returns every two days. Depending on our workload, it may take 2-3 business days to process your return and issue you a credit.
  • Returns will be credited to the initial form of payment.
  • Credits issued to Credit Cards and Debit cards will usually take 2-3 business days.

What will happen to the Paradise Points that i earned on that order?

  • We are sorry but Paradise Points cannot be re-applied to your account they are spent.
