Orders over $100 going to Alaska or Hawaii generally will ship for a FLAT RATE shipping charge of approximately $8 USPS Priority Mail. Typical costs to us for a $100 order to Alaska or Hawaii are anywhere from $10-$20 per order but you only pay the flat $8 fee, awesome!

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

- Returns & Replacements
- We are a small family owned and operated shop and we want to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with the products you get from us. Please contact us by phone for more information before purchasing an item to make sure it is going to work for your application and fit your craft style. In the event that you need to return an item to us for any reason please call for a Return Authorization Number so we can process your return fast. Returns are not accepted after 15 days and a 15% restock fee may apply to some returns. Arrangements for any returns must be within 15 days of receipt. A 15% charge may apply for non-defective merchandise returns and must be in resale unopened condition to be returned. We are unable to accept any returns on knitting needles, interchangeable knitting needle sets or media such as DVD's & Patterns due to copyright issues.
- Returns that were purchased partially or in full with Paradise Points can be returned to us but the points will be lost. Make sure to call or email with questions on any of the products we offer, we are happy to help make sure you get exactly what you need so you won't need to return it.
