I bought this loom to take to workshops. Loved its portability, and loved using it through the 1st day of a 3-day workshop. However, there is so little space between the front beam and the cloth beam, that the loom is useless as a workshop loom (unless you are using very fine yarn). That workshop used a 5/2 warp -- a very common warp for weave structure workshops. Midway through the second day I had to cut off the woven cloth and re-tie. I had only woven a little over 1.25 yards. While I will use this loom for samples, it is way too expensive a purchase for that purpose, and I'm not at all happy that I bought the Katie.
