Artyarns Mohair Splash Yarn

This yarn is lovely, it drapes nicely and is very soft. It's a little pricey for me, but since I'm a slow knitter it's well worth the investment. The beads and sequins add just the right amount of "bling" too.

Very soft, lustrous yarn with a slight mohair haze. The high silk content gives the yarn a wonderful depth of color, as well as making it easier to rip back (if necessary) than pure mohair. Makes a warm scarf even when knit at a very loose gauge.

Clusters of beads and sequins are spaced several feet apart. This can cause some slight pooling of sequins, depending on your pattern, but this is not a serious drawback. It came as a pleasant surprise that the sequins were not at all scratchy, even when the finished project is worn against bare skin.

If you have an urge to splurge on yourself or a special knitting friend, I highly recommend a skein or two of this luxurious yarn.
