These knitting needles are great for kids and a little less expensive than regular circular addi turbos. The addi Linos circular knitting needles were designed with children and teaching in mind. The needle tips are shorter than our regular addi circular needles, and feature different colored coatings for easy learning. At 20cm (8 inches), the addi Linos straight needles have also been crafted for little fingers. Each needle features a different colored end-cap, and the shafts have been coated in order to keep stitches from sliding off unintentionally.

What a great idea, having shorter needles for little hands. To be honest, even though I'm an adult, I have small hands, and I sometimes want circular needles with shorter tips when I work the 2 circular in the round method. These have the newer clear cable. I have older Addis with the coated cable, and I'm not as fond, even though these are decent. I'm just spoiled, perhaps. However, if you like shorter tips, these are a better deal than the normal-sized needles.
